About Me
Sydney Stewart is dedicated to designing educational opportunities for learners to explore identity, history, and justice with a goal of cultivating deeper consciousness. She received her master’s from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in human development and education where she studied ethnic-racial identity development, critical consciousness, and learning design. Prior to Harvard, Sydney worked as a program coordinator at Facing History and Ourselves, an international education nonprofit with a mission to challenge teachers and their students to stand up to bigotry and hate. Sydney holds a B.A. from Wellesley College, where she majored in Peace & Justice Studies and minored in Education.
